1. The service
OmniFlow AI provides a multi-tenant platform for AI-powered business messaging automation, including a shared inbox, AI agents, workflows, bookings and orders. Features marked as coming in a future phase are not yet available and are shown for roadmap transparency only.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content your workspace sends, for complying with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and applicable law (including consent and opt-out requirements), and for keeping your team members' access appropriate to their roles.
3. Messaging compliance
You must only message customers who have consented to receive messages, honour opt-outs promptly, and use approved message templates where Meta requires them. We may suspend workspaces that generate spam complaints or policy violations.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed per workspace per month. Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees are billed separately by Meta. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. No Meta affiliation
OmniFlow AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
