1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account (name, email, password), configure your workspace (business details, team members), and connect messaging channels. When you connect WhatsApp, we process message content strictly to provide the automation services you configure — we never sell message data or use it to train shared models.
2. How we use it
Your data is used to operate your workspaces: routing messages, running your AI agents and workflows, and providing analytics to you. Each workspace's data is strictly isolated by tenant and is never visible to other customers.
3. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and AI providers (such as Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and AI model providers) as sub-processors, only as needed to deliver the features you enable. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting ewebcity1@gmail.com. Workspace owners can export and delete workspace data from the dashboard.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sessions use httpOnly cookies, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Tenant isolation is enforced at the application and database level.
