Yes — you connect your number through the official WhatsApp Cloud API (or use our simulator while you set up). Meta's per-message conversation fees are billed by Meta, not by us.

Is OmniFlow AI affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta?

No. OmniFlow AI is an independent product built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform APIs.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you keep your data export.

What counts against my message quota?

Outbound WhatsApp messages sent from the platform. Human-only conversations and inbound messages don't count.

Is billing live or test mode?

Billing currently runs in test mode — no real charges can occur until live Stripe keys are configured.
